About theproject
Overview
An internal warehouse system used daily on a factory floor to track incoming supplier trucks, address racks with QR codes, and supply materials to production work orders. Alvito was its lead developer.
Scope of work
- 01Every item moves in a fixed order. It arrives (Incoming), is stored at a rack address (Storing), is picked for a work order (Preparation), then goes to the finished-goods warehouse (Supply). Each step stays locked until the previous one is done.
- 02Every incoming supplier truck is tracked against its schedule through security check-in, QC, unloading, and warehouse receipt, with On Time, Delay, or No-show status, supplier performance, and automatic email when a delivery deviates.
- 03Every rack location (rack, level, bay) has a QR-code address, shown on a rack map colored by load and a pallet position dashboard by category, plus rack status data for ESP32 devices.
- 04Packaging barcodes (carton, styrofoam, container) are scanned per work order, line, and shift. Materials not yet checked out in Preparation cannot be supplied.
- 05Other modules cover spare-part readiness (PR and PO status), DUC requests, consumable budget and approval, digital delivery notes, and an issue highlight dashboard.
